Product Description
Rexroth IndraDyn S servomotors have innovated a new standard on servo motors with high torque densities all in a compact construction under an IP65 degree of protection to guarantee the optimal function of the system. Rexroth servomotors use an optical encoder with a high accuracy that provides the data of the exact position of the rotor in a precise moment. These servo motors are designed to work on applications like food machines, printing machines, tooling or metal forming machines. it is likely to use these servos as a linear, kit or main drive, depending on the application. Rexroth holds a big range of models for the required need.
The multiple designs that manage Rexroth are capable to work under 60k and 100k temperature stokes. The MSK040C-0600-NN-M1-BG0-NNNN has a natural cooling and an optical encoder with 128 increments and has no holding brake, it is a system with a steady stoppage that works under a certain torque. The circuit on the magnetic motor is not affected when the maximum current is reached, it counts with 4 pairs of poles reaching a nominal 7500 rpm and holds a shaft sealing ring. There are two characteristics curves under these servo motors, the 60k and the 100k characteristic curves, the 60K is designed with an aluminum flange structure which works as an insulator for the system but if this is not important in the application, the 100k work mode without any insulation can work without troubles.
If controlling and monitoring is a required, sensors and actor can be adapted to the system. These servo motors are mainly designed for precise applications where a fast reaction and accuracy is needed at different scales.
