Product Description
The MSK040B-0600-NN-S1-UP0-NSNN electric motor is a high dynamics servo motor designed by Rexroth Indramat for high-precision control and handling of machine tools, metal forming machines. It is a finely compact design suitable for adverse conditions according to the IP65 protection class; hence, it can work under a low-pressure water jet and according to the DIN EN 60034-1 insulation 155 class with ventilation holes.
The MSK040B-0600-NN-S1-UP0-NSNN operates at a very wide range of speed; it consumes a continuous standstill current of 2.0 ampere at 60K to output a continuous torque of 1.7 newton-meter through the output shaft. The output shaft is plain, which runs an uninterrupted transmission of the kinetic energy generated by this motor. The maximum current tolerable from the mains is 8.0 Amperes with a maximum velocity output of 7500 radii per minute. It has a brushless design and bearings grease lubrication for its entire lifetime which serves to manage friction and prevent wear in shaft during operation, hence, its totally maintenance-free.
The MSK040B-0600-NN-S1-UP0-NSNN industrial servo motor is highly reliable and efficient, as it has a shaft sealing ring to prevent leakage of oil to the external environment. It uses an optical encoder, singleturn Hiperface, with 128 increments (S1) for high resolution and accuracy. The accuracy and resolution of an optical encoder are easier to improve, and it has a data memory for a fast and simple start-up. It has overload control through its head dissipation mechanism of internal heat regulation. The MSK040B-0600-NN-S1-UP0-NSNN is designed to work outdoors and in explosive areas but is unsuitable for subversive use. It has an ambient temperature of 40 degrees-celsius; anything above this temperature can lead to reduced efficiency.
