Product Description
The MSK040B-0600-NN-M2-UP1-NNNN servo motor is a synchronous motor with a wide performance spectrum designed by the Rexroth Indramat for function as a main rotary motor for industrial machine tools, paper printing and processing machines, robotics, and so on. It produces highly reliable continuous high-frequency movement for industrial production systems. This motor is designed with a housing according to the IP65 protection class, giving it a compact appearance, which prevents the influx of dust and water into the inner part of the motor. The housing is painted with a black coat which can resist dilute the concentration of acid and prevent corrosion caused by reaction with water.
The MSK040B-0600-NN-M2-UP1-NNNN electric motor runs rapid response operations, using the multiturn Hiperface, optical encoder, which transmits positional information and uses the signals to generate a fast feedback response. It uses a continuous standstill current of 2.2 Amperes to generate a continuous standstill torque of 1.9-newton meter through the output shaft. The sleek cylindrical output shaft is designed with a completely fitting key, which balances the keyway for the efficient transmission of current with low deflection. The shaft is also designed with a sealing ring to conceal the output shaft and improve efficiency perfectly.
The MSK040B-0600-NN-M2-UP1-NNNN servo motor operates special grease-lubricated ball bearings, which reduces friction within the internal environment of the motor; it uses natural convection as its method of cooling, where heat is dissipated to the external environment, this process functions to reduce wear of the lubricated bearings, and maintains it bearing lifetime of 30,000 operation hours. The MSK040B-0600-NN-M2-UP1-NNNN servo should not be connected to a voltage supply greater than 24 volts to avoid overload of the motor and possible injury to the personnel.
