The MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSL1-NNNNN-NN from Rexroth is a Synchronous AC supply-operated servo motor that requires anywhere between 179 volts AC to 475 volts AC to operate while drawing a maximum current of 4.9 Amperes when the motor operation is running at the maximum speed of 6000 rpm while generating a maximum rotational torque of 6.4 Nm. This AC servo motor comes with a high-speed bearings design which ensures the motor rotates at faster speeds smoothly with less amount of friction. To reduce the noise in the motor supply, the MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSL1-NNNNN-NN comes with an EMC capacitor filter slot to help filter noise from the input supply to the motor.
With a 6.4 Nm of torque generated while rotating, the MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSL1-NNNNN-NN can be used for robotics applications. Users can mount this servo motor using a flange mount of the exact size of 48 mm onto the machine or component where this motor is required. The half-split key shaft allows the operator to mount a coupler to the shaft of the motor easily and tighten the coupler while letting the locking hex nut easily stay flush with the flat end of the motor shaft providing the necessary force needed to prevent the coupler from slipping or shifting its position during high-speed or high-load rotation.
This servo motor is designed to be functional at an operating temperature range between 0 degrees Celsius to 45 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit or 113 degrees Fahrenheit while it can also withstand a humidity range between 10 to 95% which the motor can also withstand because of the Ingress Protection rating of IP 65 which keeps the motor safe from low levels of water pressure and dust.
