Product Description
The MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSL0-NNNNN-NN synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth is designed for high power and high precision industrial applications. This servo motor offers a standstill torque of 1.75 Nm, with the capability to reach 2.15 Nm under increased temperature conditions. A standstill current of 1.11 A increases to 1.36 A, ensuring efficient performance during idle operation. The low rotor inertia of 0.00007 kg·m² allows this servo motor to accelerate and decelerate at a high speed, making it suitable for tasks requiring rapid motion adjustments.
At a rated speed of 3000 rpm, the motor delivers a rated torque of 1.67 Nm with a rated current of 1.11 A and generates 0.53 kW of power under increased conditions. The motor's maximum torque reaches 6.4 Nm at 20 degrees Celsius or in cold conditions and 5.9 Nm at 100K in warm conditions, making the outputs of this servo motor very flexible in varying temperature conditions. The maximum speed is 6000 rpm, thanks to the motor's 5-pole design allowing the motor to spin as smoothly as possible ensuring efficient motor operation. The motor's overall design is very efficient as it has a torque constant ratio of 1.73 Nm/A and a voltage constant of 104.9 Volts for every 1000 rotations performed in a given minute.
This servo motor comes with the following electrical parameters: an electric winding resistance of 26.2 ohms allows for high levels of current to pass through the motor keeping the copper coil highly efficient when it comes to energy transformation. To ensure electrical stability between the supply and the copper coil, the MS2N04-B0BNN-CMSL0-NNNNN-NN comes with 110.09 mH winding inductance to ensure a noise-free supply to the coil.
