Part of the MS2N series of Asynchronous servos, the MS2N04-B0BNN-BSDL0-NNNNN-NN comes with frame size B. This particular model can provide a speed of rotation of 3000 rpm at nominal operating conditions of 170 volts AC to 480 volts AC with a 3 phase input configuration. The current requirement for this servo motor is at least 4.9 Amperes. At locked rotor configuration, this servo motor can produce a torque of 6.8 Nm, while at nominal rating it has a torque rating of 6.4 Nm at 20 degrees Celsius temperature.
The optimum temperature recommended for operating this servo motor is between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, while it can also withstand the maximum humidity rating of 90%. To keep the motor coil cool and within the operating temperature range, the MS2N04-B0BNN-BSDL0-NNNNN-NN uses the self-cooling natural convection cooling method that utilizes the ambient air to regulate the temperature of the servo motor with the help of the aluminum enclosure of the servo motor.
The connectors of this cable are placed on the rear end of the motor and come with the M17 double cable connector with the rotatable configuration. This motor shaft is designed to be half key fully balanced and does not come with a shaft seal. The half key design helps mount the coupler onto the shaft more easily as it provides a flat position for the coupler screw to sit flush, allowing the coupler to be tightly attached to the motor shaft, especially for applications where a heavy load is attached to the shaft and the motor is being operated at a very high speed; the half key provides a secure connection.
