Product Description
The MS2N04-B0BNN-AMDL0-NNNNN-NN is a synchronous motor developed by Rexroth Bosch Indramat. Synchronous motors are electric motors that can run at a constant speed termed synchronous speed. The asynchronous motors work differently as the stator and rotor do not operate at the same speed. These motors are employed in those conditions where accurate speed regulation is important, for example in clocking systems, robotics, and large industrial equipment.
Synchronous motors also operate through electromagnetic induction. The stator when powered by the AC; produces a revolving magnetic field. This magnetic field is responsible for running the rotor which is made of a permanent magnet or an electromagnet and rotates with a synchronous speed. The rotor generates energy continuously to counter any potential losses that could disrupt its motion. This motor has standard bearings that play the key role of supporting the rotor of motors and eliminating frictional forces between the rotor and the stator or between other moving parts. These bearings are made from steel or ceramic using different processes like forging, heat treatment and precision machining to provide strength.
The benefits of standard bearings are lower friction which makes the motor more efficient and increases the motor's lifespan. These bearings also enhance performance as they help reduce vibration to make it run more smoothly. Furthermore, these high-quality standard bearings can bear the high stress and load during the operation to provide stability. The construction of standard bearings and their proper maintenance help in improving the maintenance-free long-term performance of the synchronous motors. All in all, this motor has high speed with precise control and a self-sufficient cooling system, thus suitable for those industries which need high-quality and efficient motors.
