Product Description
The MS2N03-D0BYN-CMSH0-NNANN-GE080N2040AN-NN synchronous servomotor introduced by Bosch Rexroth cannot be operated without a supporting IndraDrive drive controller. This motor is mounted to the machine using the mounting holes on its surface. The product encounters axial and radial forces when it is in use. This device should be isolated from the power supply before any work is done on it. The unit encompasses a M23 hybrid connector with a Speed-Con lock for its power and encoder connection. It comes with protective covers for the plug connections and output shaft that must be taken off only before assembly.
This motor can be installed vertically with the output shaft facing upward or downward. The product has a DS M5 centering hole on the output shaft as per DIN 332, Part 2 specifications. This device features heat dissipation through radiation to the ambient air. The unit must be placed at a minimum distance of at least 100 mm from adjacent components. It should be cleaned regularly for increased system availability. This motor is meant to be lifted using a tackle that is appropriate for its weight. The product must be commissioned only after the transport locks are removed. This device should have no fluid accumulation around the output shaft. The unit should be mounted by taking care not to damage the centering collar. Its permissible axial and radial forces must not be exceeded.
This motor must be worked on only in the standstill state. The product has a voltage of greater than 60 V at its connection points when it is being operated. This device has an adjustment torque of 4 Nm to 10 Nm for its electrical connector. The unit comprises permanent magnets producing strong magnetic and electromagnetic fields in the rotor. It should not come in contact with temperature-sensitive components when its surface is hot. This synchronous servomotor is CSA Certified.
