Rexroth Bosch developed the MS2N03-D0BYN-CMDK0-NNNNN-NN synchronous servo motor. This motor is equipped with a digital control system of 2,048 signal periods and 20-bit Safety4Wire. Its keyway shaft design provides efficient power transmission and protection against various environmental elements due to the shaft seal. The motor is capable of attaining high speeds of 9000 min-1 due to the low inertia rotor design.
Additional features such as the multiturn absolute encoder of the motor that can accurately measure up to 4096 revolutions make it perfect for applications that need precise positioning. With a moment of inertia of 0.000023 kgm2 without a brake, it allows for fast changes in acceleration. It has easy installation with the turnable M17 double plug connection and no need for external cooling equipment with its self-cooling system.
