Product Description
Rexroth Bosch's MS2N03-D0BYN-CMDG1-NNNNN-NN motor comes with an internal cooling system to help it cool on its own during operation. It has internal channels through which air is released to cool the components without the use of external coolers. The self-cooling system provides a continuous cooling system for the motor even when loaded, thus preventing it from overheating and wearing out fast. It may be used where external cooling is not feasible, for instance, in constricted areas.
The C-Advanced technology used in this motor offers accurate information with 2048 signal periods and 20-bit digital resolution. It is important when a higher resolution of feedback is needed, for example in robotics applications such as robotic arms and automation systems. The positioning of the motor enhances operational efficiency and standardizes how motors are executed in mechanical environments. Another advantage of this motor is its Safety4Wire technology. It uses a four-wire position and monitoring system for additional safety. This enhances safety standards and ensures that the motor can be incorporated in sensitive applications like factories where high and reliable operation is important especially when the situation demands real-time monitoring. The encoders monitor variations in the speed of the motor; the controllers adjust it depending on the required rate so that the motor runs at the nominal speeds.
This motor includes the standard coating (N) for protecting the motor from environmental factors; for example, corrosion or wearing out. It is made of materials that are deposited during production to protect the motor from unfavorable conditions and provide a reliable motor suitable for use in different industrial applications. Self-Cooling system, C-Advanced technology Safety4Wire and standard coating provide precision, durability and safe operation of the motor in different industrial applications.
