Product Description
The Rexroth Bosch Company manufactured the MS2N03-D0BYN-BMDH1-NNNNN-GE060N1010BN-NN synchronous servo motor which is a part of the Indra-Dyn S series of motors which are known to provide accurate and efficient motion control in the industries. This motor gives high acceleration and quick responses due to low rotor inertia. Its winding designated as BY, helps the motor to rotate at a maximum of 9000 rpm which makes it appropriate for use where high speed together with accuracy is needed.
Another important aspect of this motor is the holding brake connected to it; which allows it to maintain stability at the time of power failure. With the brake, the moment of inertia is almost 0.000030 kgm2, thus it is suited for tasks which require a high level of accuracy with minimal backlash. This holding brake guarantees that the motor can securely hold its position to be used for applications which involve heavy loads or in scenarios where accurate positioning is needed. The brake also improves the safety and reliability of the motor as it does not allow the motor to accidentally move or cause other mechanical errors, especially when it is used in areas that require high levels of accuracy.
Other features include the multiturn absolute encoder which supports up to 4096 revolutions to allow feedback for smooth control. It incorporates a self-cooling (type N) system, hence eliminating the need for additional coolants. It has an M17 double plug which assists in installation and connection to different systems. Standard flange, bearings, and coating with the right material make this motor very durable and advanced to provide better functionality for industries where accurate, stable, and efficient motion is required.
