Product Description

With a low torque and low inertia design, the Rexroth MS2N03-B0BYN-HMSH0-NNNNN-NN servo motor is a perfect high-speed servo motor with a maximum speed of 9000 rotations per minute. This servo motor is ideal for drilling and CNC applications or can even be used in carving and engraving thanks to its feedback encoder that breaks a single turn into 4096 small steps capable of counting multiple turns. The motor comes with a smooth shaft design with a shaft length of 20 mm and also a shaft sealing ring.

With the presence of a shaft sealing ring, the motor automatically becomes an IP 65-certified motor that keeps it safe from extremely dusty environments or low-level water splashes, especially in places like refineries and production houses. This motor is designed to be installed in places where the ambient temperature is set between 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius. The motor has a PT1000 RTD temperature sensor that is capable of detecting temperatures up to 1000 degrees Celsius. The motor controller is programmed in such a way that if the PT1000 temperature sensor detects temperatures up to 140 degrees Celsius, it will send a warning signal to the operator and will even shut the motor down when the temperature is above 145 degrees Celsius.

This motor has a standstill torque of 0.73 Nm when the temperature is at 100 kelvins or when the motor is warm. Its maximum current draw at standstill mode is approximately 1.31 Amperes, while the torque constant of this motor is 0.6 Nm per ampere of current. The maximum rated torque of this motor is 3.46 Nm at a maximum current draw rating of 7.25 Amperes.
