The MS2N03-B0BYN-HMSG0-NNNNN-NN Synchronous servo motor from Rexroth features a multiturn encoder that uses the ACURO link digital interface. This 20-bit encoder is capable of providing a resolution of 4096 steps per rotation and can also help track multiple rotations, unlike a single-turn absolute encoder. This particular model of servo motor has a maximum speed rating of 9000 rotations per minute while its rated speed is set at 6470 rotations per minute. The encoder of this motor requires 7 to 12 volts DC to operate, while the motor has an operating current rating of 1.31 Amperes when functioning in standstill mode.

This motor configuration comes with a smooth shaft and a shaft sealing ring, allowing this motor to have an IP 65 protection rating against dust particles and low-level water splashes. The sealing ring on the shaft helps keep the internals of the motor protected by safeguarding it from other environmental factors and also preventing lubrication oil from spilling out when the motor is operating.
