Product Description
The MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL1-NNANN-NN is the synchronous servo motor designed by Bosch company. It comes with electrically released holding brakes with a holding torque of 1.8 Nm, a connection, and a disconnection time of 5 milliseconds and 25 milliseconds respectively. This machine has a weight without brake of 1.4 kg, and with the additional weight of 0.4 kg of holding brakes, the total weight of the motor becomes 1.8 kg. The rated voltage of the holding brake is 24 V with 10 percent tolerance whereas the rated current of the machine's holding brake is 0.46 Nm.
The maximum speed of this variant electrically as well as mechanically is 9000 rpm, whereas the rated speed at 100 K is 4670 rpm. This synchronous servo motor has 5 north and 5 south poles whereas the discharge capacity of the component of MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL1-NNANN-NN is 0.83 nF. To avoid the motor from overheating, temperatures inside the motor are monitored by two systems. One is the temperature sensor KTY84-130, and the other one is the temperature model. Motor-warning temperature is set to 140 degrees C whereas the motor disconnection temperature is set to 145 degrees C.
The MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL1-NNANN-NN has an encoder design of single turn 1-revolution absolute with advanced performance of 20-bit ACURO link. The cooling mode is self which means under 40 degrees C, the unhindered vertical convection has to be ensured by 100 mm distance to adjacent components. This variant is a low rotor inertia design for dynamic applications with maximum acceleration capacity. The rated current of this machine and the rated power at a rated speed of 4670 rpm are 1.08 amperes and 0.37 kW respectively. The maximum mechanical speed with universal bearings is 9000 rpm, and the motor has a winding inductance of 20.22 mH.
