Product Description
Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactured various servo motors for various industrial needs and the MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL0-NNNNN-NN variant is the synchronous servo motor with a rated speed of 9000 rpm. It comes with the standard bearings along with the frame size and length of 03 and B respectively. This motor comes without the holding brakes and the mass of the machine is 1.4 kg. The winding inductivity and resistivity of this variant are 20.22 m H and 14.3 ohms respectively. The thermal time constant of the winding and the motor is 12.1 seconds and 11.3 minutes respectively.
The MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL0-NNNNN-NN motor shaft is half key balancing without the shaft sealing ring. The electrical connection is through a rotatable single cable M23 connection, and this variant has no special design. The type of bearings in this motor are standard (deep-groove ball bearing), and the standstill torque at 60K is 0.73 Nm whereas the standstill torque at 100K is 0.9 Nm with 5 percent tolerance. However, the standstill current at 60K and 100 K is 1.31 amperes and 1.61 amperes. It indicates that at higher temperatures, the current drawn by the motor increases along with torque.
The rated speed of the motor at 100K is 6470 rpm, whereas the maximum speed of the motor is 9000 rpm. To protect the motor's housing, a 1K-standard varnish, water-based, RAL 9005 black coat is applied. The typical sound pressure level Lp(A) of MS2N03-B0BYN-CSSL0-NNNNN-NN is 75 dB(A) +3 dB(A). Vibration is the crucial element in motor analysis and the oscillation behavior of this variant corresponds to oscillating quantity level A as per DIN EN 60034-14. Poles in the motor is the number of permanent magnet poles on the rotor, and this machine has a total 10 numbers of poles (5 each for south and north).
