Apart from the speed, the torque and current values can also be increased. The maximum values for the torque and current are 3.46 Nm and 7.25 A respectively.
Moreover, the total mass of the motor inclusive of the mass of the holding brakes is 1.8 kg and the torque produced only by the holding brakes is 1.80 Nm. To produce this amount of torque the holding brakes require to be connected with a voltage source providing 24 V and a current of 0.46 A. The connection and disconnection time of the holding brakes are 8 ms and 35 ms respectively.
