Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MS2N03-B0BYN-CMSH0-NNNNN-GE080N2040AN-NN synchronous servomotor features tolerance class N. This motor has a floating bearing on the drive end and a fixed bearing on the non-drive end. The product encounters radial and axial forces on the output shaft and bearing when it is being operated. This device can be painted with a 40 um additional layer of varnish after protecting its open connectors, type plate, and safety notes. The unit must not be operated for residential use. It must be allowed to cool down after operation before working on it.
This motor must be connected using the manufacturer's preassembled readymade cables. The product uses an absolute encoder with 4096 revolutions for feedback. This device depicts derated output if the ambient operating conditions are exceeded. The unit supports field weakening operation with IndraDrive and ctrlX drive controllers. It can tolerate a high load based on the ON time with periodic intermittent operations. This motor has a rated speed determined by the DC bus voltage of the drive controller. The product portrays a running noise if there are foreign bodies inside it. This device may pose a health hazard to people with metallic implants, heart pacemakers, and hearing aids because of its permanent magnets. The unit does not release any hazardous substances with appropriate use. It must be fitted with its protective covers on the connectors and output shaft before storage.
This motor must be replaced with only another identical motor. The product should not be subject to impacts on the output shaft. This device should be cooled down before maintenance. The unit can be commissioned only after ensuring that its flange sockets are protected against coming loose and connected correctly. It is possible to rotate the output direction of its flange socket up to 10 times. This synchronous servomotor features a storage temperature of -20 degrees C to 60 degrees C.
