Product Description

To enhance your control system process, the MS2N03-B0BYN-CMSH0-NNNNN-GE060N1005BN-NN from Rexroth is a perfect servo motor that can provide the speed and low level of rotational torque all while being low inertia and lightweight. The speed that it offers is 6470 rpm at nominal speed while at peak speed it offers 9000 rpm. The inertia that the motor has is less than 0.23 x 10^-4, which is great for accelerating and decelerating quickly, and the motor only weighs 1.4 kg.

This motor can be mounted using a flange mount, which is a more sturdy option when it comes to selecting between foot mounting and flange mounting options because the flange mount option allows the motor shaft to be perfectly aligned with the attached component, reducing the chances of vibration and reducing axial stress on the shaft. The motor comes with a smooth shaft design and is perfectly balanced to prevent wobbling during high-speed rotations; however, this motor configuration does not come with a shaft seal to prevent dust or other liquids from pouring out or entering the motor chassis, even though the motor is IP 64 rated.

With a 60 Kelvin temperature change, this servo motor can produce a torque increase of 0.73 Nm while drawing a current of 1.31 Amperes. Under normal operating conditions, this motor generates 14.5 Nm of torque while offering a torque constant ratio of 0.61 Nm for every ampere of current the motor consumes. To help with heat dissipation, this motor relies on the natural convection cooling method and must be installed in cool places where the maximum temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
