Product Description
Motor encoder types available in this model series are the basic, standard, advanced, and high. This motor has an ADVANCED-Encoder " Cx " / " Hx " using an optical sampling method. The state of the art ACUROlink-Protocol is responsible for processing the data output of the encoder, this data is transmitted & processed digitally just like the motor temperature data. The Cx encoder & the Hx encoder are responsible for applying the safety questions according to different categories of SIL the Cx deals with SIL 2 and category 3 while the hx deals with SIL 3 and category 3. Additionally, the encoder design is multi-turn with 4096 revolutions. The ambient temperature in operation is 0-40 degree Celsius & up to 1000 meters above the sea level.
The standstill torque 60K is 0.73 Nm & the standstill current at 100K is 0.9 Nm. While the standstill current at 60K is 1.31 A, while standstill current at 100K is 1.61 A. The shaft type is smooth shaft The standard design In applications where a non-positive shaft hub connection is required with minimal play and smooth operation of the shaft the user is advised to use clamping sets. These are pressure sleeves or elements that ensure a perfect coupling for the machine's driven part and the motor's output shaft. An addition benefit of choosing this set is that it comes with a shaft sealing ring making it ideal for increasing its resistance to water or dust damage. Although this motor requires very low maintenance or service whenever a wearing part needs to be repaired or serviced they must be only done by a Rexroth authorized service center or in Rexroth service center itself.
