Product Description
While at 100K the rated speed is 6470 rpm, the rated torque is 0.54 Nm & the rated current is 1.08 A. The maximum torque at 20 degree Celsius (cold) is 3.75 Nm & the maximum torque at 100K (warm) is 3.46 Nm. The flange exactness is standard. For an additionally paint layer the permitted coat thickness is a max. of 40 um. The pre applied coat is a one layer of (1K) grade varnish in conductive form with a paint coating of jet black RAL9005. When the motor is painted additionally all these parts must be carefully protected safety notes, type plates, open connectors etc.
The option to add a permanent magnet brake is another standout feature of the MS2N03-B0BYN-CMDG0-NNANN-NN which work on the principle of electrically released (closed circuit which open to brake down the motor when the switching voltage is applied. The motor can be mounted in various positions categorically the top pointing vertically or horizontally namely the IM B5, IM B35. IM V1, IM V3
The motor delivers high torque in a small and lightweight package, which is ideal for applications that require fast response and high torque output, such as in robotics and CNC machines. Thanks to the combination of high torque and smooth control, these motors excel in high-dynamic applications requiring rapid changes in speed and direction. While the motor is being transported the ambient temperature must remain between -25 to 70 degree Celsius while the relative humidity in the range of 5 to 75 %. These motors can be shipped through air as well but keeping in mind the DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) of the IATA (International Air Transport Association) which refers to hazardous materials which fall under class 9 because of the magnetized core of this motor.
