Product Description
The MS2N03-B0BYN-BSDK0-NNNNN-Z1 comes from the MS2N Synchronous Servomotors from Bosch Rexroth these are high-performance electric motors designed for precise and dynamic motion control applications. These motors are typically used in automation, robotics, and other industrial applications where accuracy, reliability, and high-power density are critical. These motors come with many cooling options namely self-cooling, forced ventilation & water cooling. This specific model has IC410 self-cooling equipped. In case of self-cooling motors, the heat dissipation happens through convection of the hot surface to air and also by conduction from the motor to machine element attached.
It has a frame length of 'B.' Where the flange is of 58 mm, length is 1 mm and shaft diameter is 9 mm Some special design features are also included. low inertia & high inertia are the two types of design INDRAMRT offers which excel in their respective applications. The winding is of 9000 1/min. Notley this motor includes an encoder for ensuring accurate movement and positioning, the encoder performance comes in at Standard - 128 Signal periods, Hiperface (SIL2, PL d). The standstill torque at 60K is 0.73 Nm and reaches 0.9 Nm at 100K while the standstill current is 1.31 A & 1.61 A at 60K & at 100K respectively.
While the M2SN series offers a variety of holding brakes this specific model does not include one. The motor temperature is kept in check by use of 2 thermo systems that are operated independently of each other. The mounted temperature sensor and the drive internal temperature model make sure the motor temperature is kept in check which in turns ensure smooth operation of the motor. The temperature sensor is the PT1000 (standard).
