Product Description
The MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN is one of IndraDyn H’s smallest rotors. Created and developed by Rexroth Bosch Indramat, this rotor package from the IndraDyn H series exhibits high torque capabilities at consistent driving velocities. Although the MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN belongs on the smaller side of the spectrum of IndraDyn H products, it is still considerably large compared to other motor product lines. It has a diameter of 85 millimeters, an outer diameter of 129 millimeters, and a depth of 287 millimeters. It uses six fastening screws and 24 M6 threaded pins for rotor balancing. Without a stator package, this rotor model weighs almost 20 kilograms and has a moment of inertia of 0.084 kg(m^2).
Considering its relatively smaller construction type, the MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN exhibits a high-speed profile. Impressively, even though the MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN has high-speed characteristics, it can maintain a rated torque output of 163 Nm. Based on its documentation, IndraDyn H products with a 202-body frame can achieve a rated speed, power, and current of 1,700 rpm, 29 kW, and 53 A. When allowed to achieve its optimal conditions separately, the MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN can achieve a maximum speed and torque of 9,300 rpm and 407 Nm, respectively. For most AC machines, the maximum torque cannot be achieved simultaneously with the maximum speed. The maximum speed relies more on the excitation voltage applied, while the maximum torque relies more on the stator winding.
To facilitate the current flow of this IndraDyn H product safely, the minimum cross-section of the power wire must be 16 square millimeters. With the integrated cooling system on the MSS stator, the MRS202D-2N-0085-NNNN has a small thermal time constant of 3 minutes. This rotor package is available at Wake Industrial with an exclusive product warranty, valid for one year.
