Product Description
The MRS202D-2N-0085-M240 is a special 202D rotor under Rexroth Bosch’s IndraDyn H product family. Boasting a powerful step interference fit construction, this rotor package maximizes torque transfer during operation. In general, IndraDyn H products are known for their high driving torque. Depending on the size of the stator body frame, IndraDyn H products may exhibit different speed characteristics. Most products with smaller body frames tend to achieve high speeds both in rated and optimal conditions. The MRS202D-2N-0085-M240, in particular, can achieve a synchronous driving speed between 1,700 rpm and 9,300 rpm. At rated driving conditions, the rotor can transmit a consistent torque of 163 Nm and draw a continuous current of 53 amperes.
During operation of the MRS202D-2N-0085-M240, it is recommended to keep the ambient temperature below 40 C. Although stators are generally more sensitive to temperature, rotor packages like the MRS202D-2N-0085-M240 also achieve their maximum performances when operated within their recommended ambient ranges. With a “2N” construction type, this rotor has a moment of inertia of 0.084 kg(m^2). At 20 degrees Celsius, the MRS202D-2N-0085-M240’s torque output has a linear relationship with the input current on the stator. This linear relationship is described by the machine’s torque constant. When paired with an appropriate stator package, this rotor has a torque constant of 3.1 Nm/A.
Without the stator package, the MRS202D-2N-0085-M240 has a mass of 19.6 kilograms. Thanks to its efficient construction and the stator’s built-in cooling jacket, this rotor package achieves thermal stability in a short amount of time. At the rated excitation voltage, this rotor can safely deliver an output power of 29 kW. To know more about this product and the available warranty, ask for a quotation now from Wake Industrial.
