Product Description
The MRS162J-1N-0068-NNNN is a magnificent IndraDyn H rotor package masterfully developed by Rexroth Bosch AG. Having a mass of 13.4 kilograms and an internal diameter of >>68 millimeters>>, this rotor package is a well-built product that can effectively drive loads at a high-speed range. When paired with an MSS162J-0200 stator, this rotor package achieves its nameplate characteristics. During nominal operating conditions, this rotor package can deliver a power and torque output of 25.1 kW and 120 Nm, respectively. At his power output, the corresponding current drawn by the stator is 50 amperes, while the shaft rotates at a rate of 2000 cycles per minute.
When excited by a 750 VDC bus voltage, this rotor package can achieve five times its rated speed. With a speed of 10,000 rpm, this rotor package functions well for the most critical applications requiring a consistently high driving speed. With a standard construction class, this rotor package has a small rotor inertia value of 0.028 kg(m^2). Like all other MRS rotors under Rexroth’s IndraDyn H product line, this rotor package operates well at an ambient temperature between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. It also features an insulation class of F and a protection rating of IP 00.
With its smooth hole construction, a total of 12 fixing screws must be used to install the MRS162J-1N-0068-NNNN. Based on its dimensional sheet, the MRS162J-1N-0068-NNNN has an outer diameter of 92 millimeters and a depth of 361 millimeters. For this rotor package, the minimum power wire cross-section in the cable harness must be at least 16 square millimeters. With this power wire cross section connected on the stator, the rated and peak currents can safely be accommodated.
