Its modified and improved features permit it to operate under adverse conditions and in potentially explosive areas, such as chemical plants, mines, refineries, methane gas, coke oven gas, or other volatile and unfavorable areas. It produces a highly precise rotational movement of absolute accuracy, with a wide speed range for its application on diverse industrial machines where highly precise continuous high-speed movement is required. It is a one-piece well-compacted motor; its housing is painted black to resist diluted concentrations of acids and water.

It has a sleek cylindrical, smooth output shaft with a shaft sealing ring that ensures smooth running and uninterrupted transmission of unidirectional current, minimizes the risk of output breakage or damage, and prevents leakage of internal oil. Its black paint is only resistant against diluted concentrations of acid and lyes; thus, it should not be exposed to concentrated acids and lyes.
