Product Description
MKE098B-058-CP1-BENN is a Rexroth Indramat design one of the MKE series, for use as rotary main and servo drive motors for industrial machine tools, printing and paper-processing machines, packaging and food-processing machines, metal-forming machines and for other types with different driving powers and different specific use of the motors. Controlling and monitoring of the MKE098B-058-CP1-BENN does not require connection of additional sensors and actuators as it has an inbuilt Optical encoder, Multiturn absolute Hiperface with 128 increments (M1) .
The MKE098B-058-CP1-BENN operates with a high performance data and data memory for simple and fast startup. Its flange designed according to DIN 42948 made it easy for attachment to different machines, hence, can be installed in any position desired. It uses an electronic commutator generating peak torque of 43.5 newton-meter utilizable across a wide speed range, with a holding brake torque of 11 newton- meter. The Shaft has keyway according to DIN 6885 and DS M5 centering hole according to DIN 332 with a shaft sealing ring to prevent leakage.
The MKE098B-058-CP1-BENN is highly reliable and provides accuracy and precise control using permanent-magnet motors with electronic commutation which permit the motors to be designed with low inertia masses. It gives an output of 12.0 newton-meter of continuous torque at standstill 60 K with an input of 12.4 ampere continuous current at standstill 60 K. It is designed finely fit for operation at explosive areas and adverse condition; it has 155 Insulation class according to DIN EN 60034-1 giving it a compacted housing with openings for ventilation. Also it has protection type according to IEC 60529 IP 65. The maximum current input is 55.9 ampere and the surrounding air temperature during operation is 40°C, higher electrical voltage and higher working current is danger to life or serious injury by electric shock. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
