The MKE096B-047-KG1-KN is a synchronous servo motor from Bosch Rexroth optimized for drive systems used in potentially hazardous locations. By design, it conforms with the ATEX and UL/CSA requirements and suitable for use as a servo drive motor or main rotary motor across a wide variety of fields. The MKE096B-047-KG1-KN can produce a maximum torque of 43 Nm and attain a top speed of 4,500 rpm. It has four pole pairs. It conforms with the IP 65 category, which describes its protection against dust and jet water. It is driven by a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring and equipped with an absolute multiturn encoder with Hiperface and 128 increments. The encoder has a data memory to aid quick startup and facilitate a safe and easy adjustment of the motor to the corresponding drive.
