Product Description
Bosch Rexroth designed the MKE047B-144-AG0-LUNN - a synchronous servo motor in its innovative MKE series of motors which were designed to be used in hazardous areas as per ATEX and UL/CSA specifications. This servo motor is maintenance-free due to its brushless design, and its use of grease-lubricated bearings that remain so throughout their lifetime. The ratio of its torque to inertia mass is advantageous, making it a motor with high dynamics. Its electronic commutation makes it possible for its peak torque to be applied across a large range of speed.
The MKE047B-144-AG0-LUNN is a size 047 servo motor of B length and Winding code of 144. Its encoder features the Hiperface interface and single-turn absolute design with a 12-bit resolution and 128 lines. The encoder’s maximum speed is 12,000 min-1, and its maximum current consumption is rated at 60 mA. The shaft on the MKE047B-144-AG0-LUNN is plain and comes with a shaft sealing ring. It does have a holding brake, and its cable outlet direction is on the left of its terminal box, looking from the front of the motor to its driven shaft.
The rotor of Bosch Rexroth’s MKE047B-144-AG0-LUNN has a moment of inertia of 0.00017 kgm2. This motor weighs 5.5 kg, and its continuous torque at standstill is 2.7 Nm. Similarly, its continuous current at standstill is 5.0 A. This unit has a winding inductivity is 1.8 mH and the discharge capacity of its component is 1.6 nF. It can achieve a maximum velocity of 7000 min-1 and a maximum current of 22.6 A. Its winding resistance at 20o C is 5 Ohms and at this temperature, its torque constant and voltage constant are rated at 0.59 Nm/A and 36.3 V/min-1 respectively. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
