Product Description
The MKE037B-144-GP1-BUNN synchronous motor offered by Bosch Rexroth should always be transported in the horizontal orientation. The motor is meant to be lifted using cranes equipped with lifting belts. Its eyebolts should be firmly seated before putting the product to use. The connectors of the device must at all times be opened only when it is de-energized. The unit portrays a length of B. The motor is designed to support flange assembly. The flange is tightened to the product using M4x20 screws with a tightening torque of 3.1Nm. The mounting holes have a diameter of 4.5mm. The device mounting should be done taking care not to jam or pinch its centering collar.
It is recommended to do the electrical connection of the motor using the manufacturer’s connection cables. These cables feature extreme load resistance and capability. The product comes with a 144 winding code. The terminal box is positioned to the B side of the device. The unit must always be repaired or serviced only in standstill mode. It should not be commissioned if the connections are faulty or the operating states are unclear. Any work on the motor is always to be done only in a de-energized state and in a non-explosible atmosphere.
The product must be cooled down completely before maintenance. The device is intended to be inspected for intact electrical and mechanical connections once every 1,000 operating hours. The unit is designed such that it has to be transported at a temperature varying from -20°C to 80°C. It supports 75% relative air humidity during transport. The rotor should be separated from the motor at the time of housing. This product comes tested for concentricity as well as position tolerances of the fastening flange and shaft end as per DIN 42955 specifications. We can get the synchronous motor across to your preferred destination across the globe with a backing of one year.
