Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a renowned manufacturer of top-notch motion technologies. The company products such as synchronous motors, frequency converters, and drive controllers provide sustainable and energy-efficient solutions to their customers.
The MKD112C-024-GP0-RN model is designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat to provide motion solutions to the customers. The MKD synchronous motor is generally used as servo and main drive motors and it is supplied with various interfaces for executing program-specific functions. The AC motor takes electrical power through the right-side power connector and the natural cooled model operates at the rated voltage of 372 – 391 V whereas, the model with surface cooling operates at the rated voltage of 404 V. The maximum torque generates by the motor is 148 Nm while operating at the maximum current 120 A. With 60-K/100-K overtemperature, while operating at standstill, the natural cooled model consumes 26.6 – 32.6 A of continuous current to produce the continuous torque of 38 – 43.5 Nm whereas, the model operating with a blower unit produces the continuous torque of 57 Nm at the continuous current of 39.9 A. The characteristics speed of the motor is 2000 rpm and the motor is capable to operate at the maximum speed of 4500 rpm.
The model MKD112C-024-GP0-RN comes with easy mounting options due to its B05 flange design and the total weight of the motor is approximately 45 kg. It can be stored and transported between the temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius and it can operate normally between the ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The model is equipped with resolver feedback and an output shaft balanced with an entire key is placed in this model for continuous power delivery. The motor is protected by the IP65 protection category. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
