Product Description
The MKD112B-048-KP1-AN synchronous motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth can be used under adverse environmental conditions. The motor supports continuous start-stop operation because of high repeat frequencies due to electrical commutation. The product can be installed in any position. The device should not be installed or put to use in a defective or damaged state. It must not be used under water. The unit may cause a risk of injury due to improper handling. The product should always be set up at a maximum elevation of 1,000m over sea level. The rotor of the device has a 192 x 10-4 moment of inertia.
The motor encompasses a 22Nm holding brake. This holding brake works on the electrically releasing principle. The unit should always be used only in adherence to the safety requirements and regulations pertaining to the specific application. The electrical connection points of its components must never be touched when its power is turned ON. The safety conductor of the drive connected to the product should be firmly and permanently connected to the supply mains at any point in time. The dangerous movement of the device can take place immediately after it is turned ON or after a period of trouble-free operation. Its electrical power must be disconnected with a master switch that is secured against reconnection during repair or maintenance work.
The synchronous motor is fitted with a keyway shaft that has a shaft sealing ring. This shaft is designed in adherence with DIN 6885-1 specification. The power connector of the unit is directed to its A side. The standard design product has a thermal time constant of 40 minutes and a theoretical maximum torque of 102Nm. The device also features a rated speed of 2800min-1. The drives of this motor must be brought to standstill mode before making an entry to the danger zone. The product is available with a warranty for one year with shipping facility through freight carriers like UPS and USPS.
