Product Description
When it comes to industrial mechanical components such as electric motors, power drives, hydraulics, casting/forging equipment, Bosch Rexroth is undoubtedly the most reliable name in the market. Among its fleet of automation engineering products are its top of the class synchronous motors. These multi-purpose, feedback-based motors are redefining standards in the industry. Manufactured using high precision tools and tested under highly standardized conditions, their quality goes well beyond what is expected by industrialists.
The MKD112B-048-GG0-AN is one of such high-end synchronous motors. Customers have a choice between naturally cooled motors and those utilizing forced surface cooling for better heat removal. The naturally cooled version has two further variants: the 60K, insulated structure that has a rated torque of 7.7 Nm and the 100K, non-insulated motor which has 18.1 Nm of rated torque to offer. For those industries with an even higher demand for torque, the surface cooled motor is available in both the 60K and 100K variants, and has an impressive rated torque of 30.6 Nm.
MKD112B-048-GG0-AN synchronous motors have been designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to be maneuverable around industrial sites, so its total mass has been limited to just 34 Kg. The assemblage of the structure is so flawless that even while operating at its rated speed of 2,800 RPM, it runs with minimal vibrations. A resolver feedback unit is incorporated within the design to serve as the rotor’s position encoder. This allows users to use it for servo motor functions and exercise exact control in their industrial processes.
