MKD112B-024-KG1-BN is a Bosch Rexroth servo motor. It is designed for industrial applications. Typical MKD motor applications are machine tools, packaging machines, handling and automation and paper industries. Surface cooling requires installation of a blower on the motor. The blower increases airflow across the motor housing, improves heat dissipation, and enables higher output current and torque. That is why surface cooling is the method of choice for applications with higher load requirements. Rated torque output of the MKD112B-024-KG1-BN motor is 8.8 Nm with convection cooling and 31 Nm with surface cooling. The rated current output is 4.9 Amps with convection cooling and 17.2 Amps with surface cooling.
