Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in manufacturing several products of industrial automation. The company’s products such as synchronous motors, servo drives, and controls are widely used in the market. The company is mainly concerned about product quality and customer satisfaction.
The MKD090B-047-GP0-KS model comes with a B05 flange mounting design which allows it to be installed in IM B5, IM V1, and IM V3 mounting positions. The MKD AC synchronous motor provides high dynamics, overload protection (due to motor temperature monitoring), easy cabling, and quick startup (owing to data memory in the motor encoder unit). The motor housing is painted with a prime black coat which provides resistance against weather, coloring, chalking, and diluted acids. The MKD AC synchronous motor, without painted housing, can be delivered for special use, and the torque data is reduced by 15 – 20% when the motor is not painted. The model comes without any holding brake. The motor operates at the AC voltage of 332 – 371 V and it delivers the rated power of 2.7 – 6.4 kW at the rated speed of 3500 rpm. The motor is designed to produce the continuous torque of 6.2 – 14.4 Nm at the continuous current of 4.8 – 11.2 A.
The model MKD090B-047-GP0-KS uses natural air for cooling purposes whereas the model can also be ordered along with a radial blower unit for surface cooling. The digital resolver feedback is used in this model for speed/position control. A rotor with a key (with shaft sealing rings) is placed in this model and a junction box (delivering to side-B) is located at the top of the motor for power connection. The model can be stored and transported ideally between the temperature ranges of -20 to +80 degree Celsius. The motor is completely protected against solid particles and water jets due to its IP 65 protection standard. The total weight of the motor is approximately 14 kg and the permissible temperature range for the motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
