Product Description
This industry relies on intelligent motors and Bosch Rexroth has been involved in designing, manufacturing and supplying the best motors for decades. Rexroth makes a vast range of robotic parts such as hydraulic machines, motors, and servomotors. Their MKD synchronous servomotors are very efficient and cost effective. They are available in two types of cooling modes that are surface cooling with the help of an external fan or a blower unit and unaided cooling mode that is also called natural cooling mode. MKD servomotors also differ from each other on the basis of over temperature ratings.
MKD090B-035-KG0-KN is a synchronous servomotor of MKD series that is available in 60 K and 100 K over temperature thresholds based on their design. It supports the continuous current of 11 Ampere at standstill for its insulated model that has an over temperature of 60 K. The winding resistance for this servomotor is pretty low. It supports four pole pairs and comes with a decoder that is capable of accurate measurements and sending perpetual feedback to the attached motor for optimum performance.
The MKD090B-035-KG0-KN servomotor provides resolved feedback with the help of its multi turn absolute encoder. As the characteristic rotation speed is not very high it doesn’t come with a holding brake. The power connectors for this servomotor are provided through a terminal box on the top of the servomotor. The connectors face the direction opposite to the one that houses the shaft. MKD090B-035-KG0-KN synchronous servomotors have a plain shaft supported by a sealing ring and it is capable of generating uniform torques given the temperature and other characteristic parameters.
