Product Description
The MKD071B-061-GP1-KS digital synchronous motor can be used under adverse environmental conditions. The motor features high torsional strength due to uniform load distribution over three planetary wheels. The planetary wheel design results in high efficiency. The device implements resolver feedback through the connected encoder. It features a keyway shaft fitted with a shaft sealing ring and is designed as per DIN 6885-1 specifications. The housing tightness of the standard design unit should not be reduced. The product has a winding inductance of 7.2mH. The device has a rated torque of 1.7Nm and a rated power of 0.8kW at 60K when it is cooled by natural convection.
The motor should not be dropped or tipped during storage and transport. The device must also be kept dry without the application of any load during this period. The ideal temperature for transporting and storing this unit is between -20°C and 80°C.It has a thermal time constant of 45 minutes and a rated frequency of 267Hz. The holding brake works on the electrically releasing principle. The device must always be lifted using cranes that have lifting sling belts. There should be no damage to the driveshaft and motor flange during transport. The plastic protective sleeve present on the drive shaft must be removed just before the unit is mounted.
The digital motor should always be in a horizontal position when it is transported or stored. The device is compliant with design B5 as per DIN 42950 Part 1 specifications. The mounting must take place in a clean and dry environment and only after ensuring that its components are clean. The flange of the device should be fixed using four M8 screws with a tightening torque of 25Nm. The plug connectors of the unit must be connected and disconnected only in the dry and de-energized state. The MKD071B-061-GP1-KS synchronous motor is available for global dispatch along with a warranty for a year.
