Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the MKD071B-035-EG0-KN with a motor feedback system to position and control the motor's rotor during operation. The motor feedback is also used in storing the control parameters and the motor parameters. The MKD motor has a re-adjustable flange socket at the shaft that can turn to reach a rotational angle of 270 degrees. Turning the flange socket reduces the force at the holding torque position-don't turn the sockets more than five times. The servo motor has a brushless design, with an IP 65 degree of protection that allows for maintenance-free operations. Use the AC motor at an ambient temperature ranging from 0 ºC up to +45 ºC and an Installation height of 0m to 1000m above mounting sea level. The servo motor is used in: Automation and handling machines, packaging and food-processing machines, and Printing and paper-processing machines.
The MKD071B-035-EG0-KN uses regulated electrical connections connected through a connection box or a separate plug-in connector. The power connection has contacts for connecting; the holding brake, an encoder system, and a temperature sensor. The servo motor operates with either a Resolver-feedback (RSF) or Resolver feedback with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder. The encoder systems are used with a drive controller to detect the position of the Ac servo motor.
Additional optional holding brakes are used to clamp the servo motor axis when the machine is on pause. The holding brakes use an electrical release principle to hold the amateur disk to close the motor axis when the servo motor is in a de-energized state. Store the AC motor horizontally in an environment with permissible temperature ranging from -20° C to +80 °C and free from dust. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
