Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the MKD025A-144-KP0-UN with an integrated motor feedback/encoder system to transmit signals to the drive controller. . The servo motor uses a digital resolver feedback system that has a precision rate of ±8 angular minutes. The encoder signals are used in the direct or indirect positioning and controlling the servo motor speed. The motor feedback system also acts as a data memory where the control loop parameters and the motor parameters are filed. The data stored makes it easy: for quick startup of the MKD motor and fast adjustment of parameters between the servo motor and the drive controller without causing any damage. The spindle motor output shafts are mounted through a connection on an open shaft hub or a keyway connection.
Planetary gears from the GTS and GTP series can be attached to the MKD motor. The planetary gears have the following features: low maintenance requirements, IP 65 degree of protection, Low-play gear teeth with minimum reverse play, and high tensional strength. The servo motor is connected to a power source through a threaded INS0681 power connector or a power connection box. When installing the INS0681 power connector, follow the following steps: correctly place the power connector onto the thread of the housing connection and tighten the power connector union nut manually.
The output direction on the MKD motor can be adjusted when mounting the power connector. Adjustment is possible since the motor flange sockets can turn as needed up to a rotational angle of 270 degrees. Whenever the flange socket is turned, a reduction of force occurs at the holding torque position. To maintain the required impact, do not turn the output direction more than five times. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
