The MKD025A-144-GG0-KS manufactured by Bosch Rexroth has a unique magnetic material, designed with low inertia mass for electric commutation. The servo motor is integrated with an encoder system (motor feedback) to control and position its speed by sending control signals to the drive controller. The MKD motor has high operational reliability with extensive functionality, suitable for application in; Printing and paper industries, handling and automation, Packaging machines, and machine tools. The servo motor is connected to other machine components by using a shaft key with a sided center hole and DS thread as per the DIN 332 requirements. A complete feather key is also used to balance the motor shaft during installation. The pertinent feather key is supplied as an accessory and is purchased separately.
The flange sockets of the MKD motor can reach a rotational angle of up to 270 degrees. An output direction of 90° is achieved by: slackening the four locking screws on the connector. Readjust the plug part connected with a union nut by twisting it to a preferred angle (up to 90 degrees) and tighten the locking screws. When retightening the screws, ensure that you do not damage the cable strands and the angle connector seal. In scenarios where operations involve high shock loads and vibrations, secure the angular connector against loosening by locking it with screws. To avoid mechanical damages to the motor flange socket s, do not use any tools when adjusting or turning it.
The MKD025A-144-GG0-KS is stored horizontally in a storage room with permissible temperature ranging from -20° C to +80 °C. Store the motor in a dry and dust-free place away from vibration. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
