Product Description

Manufactured by Rexroth Indramat, the MHP095C-058-HG1-ANNNNN is an air cooled motor and because of this has an altitude limit of 1000m above sea level for optimal operation. The permissible ambient temperature for the motor is between 0-40 degrees Celsius with deviations leading to decrease in motor performance; the maximum motor temperature of the winding is 155 degrees Celsius.

The MHP095C-058-HG1-ANNNNN has a protection category of IP 65, attributed to its housing and coverings which prevent water seepage and foreign object penetration. This is only applicable if the motor’s power and feedback cables are properly mounted. Insulation class is F as per DIN VDE 0530 Section 1. The motor’s housing is also covered in a primary black coat (RAL 9005) which is weathering resistant, prevents chalk build up and protects against dilute acids and alkalis. The ambient storage temperature for the motor ranges between -20 to +80 degrees Celsius.

The MHP095C-058-HG1-ANNNNN comes equipped with an Incremental Encoder, 2.048 increments, and the drive shaft is plain with a rubber shaft sealing ring. The sealing ring also houses a lubricant that also acts as a coolant to dissipate friction generated heat. The motor also has an integrated holding brake (22 Nm). The power connection’s output direction is to side A and the motor’s housing is suited for air cooling. The motor can also be specified at the time of purchase to either have a mounted or separate blower unit. This is to be specified at the time of order and cannot be change after delivery of motor.
