Product Description
Manufactured by Rexroth Indramat for PowerDrive systems, the MHP095C-035-HG0-ANNNNN PowerDrive digital AC motor features a 95 motor size with an incremental encoder that moves at 2048 revolutions. With no holding brake and a plain shaft with shaft sealing ring, the digital AC motor features a wide range of benefits that makes it stand out from other motors. Because of its advantageous heat dissipation from stator windings, which goes towards the outside wall of the motor housing, it has high overload capacities. The peak torque of the MHP095C-035-HG0-ANNNNN motor can also be used over a wide speed range, and the start-stop operations, which are continuous, have high repetitive frequencies because of electronic commutation.
The MHP095C-035-HG0-ANNNNN features any mounting position, and its structural shape is flange mounting. The mounting positions you can use are horizontal, vertical with the driven shaft facing up and vertical, but with the driven shaft facing down. When you use the second one, you have to be careful of liquid penetrating the motor and building up in the driven shaft as this will cause damage. The Indramat motor is also covered with a primary black coat, which protects the motor from weathering, diluted caustic solutions, chalking, diluted acids, and yellowing. You can still make an additional coating though not more than 40 µm.
The output direction of the power connection is at side A. The direction can be set when the order for the MHP095C-035-HG0-ANNNNN digital AC motor is placed. The direction can also be changed during the mounting of this PowerDrive motor. The motor can also be protected by different categories guarding it against gush or submergence in water, dust, and foreign objects' penetration. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
