Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is a manufacturer and an international supplier of industrial automation products like synchronous motors, frequency converters, and inverter modules.
The MHD131D-024-PP2-AN model is a synchronous motor designed to operate in conjunction with the digital drive converter specified by Rexroth Indramat. The MHD synchronous motor is engineered to take power directly from the AC 117 – 279 V power source with ±15% tolerance. The model comes with a natural cooling model and a surface cooling option in which a blower is installed in the unit for cooling purposes. The MHD synchronous motor is painted with a prime black coat and the motor housing is completely secured under IP65 protection standard. The motor produces the continuous power of 7 – 26.5 kW at the rated speed of 1000 – 1500 rpm. The nominal current requirement of the unit is 23.2 A for the natural cooling model and 57.8 A for the surface cooling model. The model is equipped with an output shaft with keyways (protected with shaft sealing ring) that help in delivering the continuous torque of 59.3 – 148 Nm. The absolute multiturn encoder with digital servo feedback assists in identifying the indirect position of the shaft.
The model MHD131D-024-PP2-AN takes electrical connection through its A-side power connector and a 240 Nm electrically released holding brake is provided in this model. The synchronous motor should be mounted according to the prescribed mounting condition. The ideal operating temperature range for this motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius and the mass of the motor is 113 kg, excluding the weight of the holding brake. At 20 degree Celsius, the MHD motor produces the continuous torque of 160 – 240 Nm at a standstill position. Order this synchronous motor (MHD131D-024-PP2-AN) from Wake Industrial and receive it along with a one-year replacement warranty.
