Product Description
Bosch Indramat provides developments and maintenance of various motion control products. The company is well known for its products like synchronous motors, operator terminals, and supply modules.
The MHD131D-024-PP0-AN model is a synchronous motor designed and developed by Rexroth Indramat. The motor is engineered to operate at the rated voltage of AC 177 – 279 V supplied by the respective power supply module. The MHD synchronous motor comes with a natural and surface cooling (optional) mode. The model operating at the natural cooling mode consumes the continuous current of 23.2 A and delivers the rated torque of 59.3 Nm at the continuous speed of 1000 rpm whereas, the motor with surface cooling option consumes 57.8 A of current while delivering the 148 Nm of rated torque at the speed of 1500 rpm. The MHD synchronous motor delivers the continuous power output of 7 kW (natural cooling) and 26.5 kW (surface cooling) from the shaft with keyways. Digital servo feedback with an integrated multiturn absolute encoder is installed in this motor for absolute indirect position detection. The synchronous motor comes without any holding brake and the motor housing is completely protected under the IP65 protection category.
The model MHD131D-024-PP0-AN is designed to deliver the constant torque of 1.99 Nm/A at 20 degree Celsius. The motor can operate at the rated speed of 2000 rpm. A power connector with A-side power delivery is installed in this model. The MHD motor allows easy installation options due to its B05 flange design. The flange size of the motor is 260 mm. The motor is mainly used as a servo and main drive motor. The maximum allowable temperature range for the MHD131 motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius, without derating. The model (MHD131D-024-PP0-AN) can be delivered to your doorstep by Wake Industrial.
