Product Description
Bosch designs and develops advanced automation tools for various industrial and commercial sectors. Its line of products includes synchronous motors, mains filters, frequency converters, and supply units.
The MHD131D-024-NP2-BN model is design and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The model is specially designed to be used under adverse environmental conditions and it must be operated according to the operating conditions specified in the MHD user manual. For continuous power delivery, a shaft balanced with keyways is placed in this motor. The MHD131 synchronous motor is equipped with a holding brake having a holding torque of 240 Nm. The motor makes an electrical connection through the 3-phase AC input voltage of 400 V to 480 V. The MHD131D motor has a characteristic motor speed of 2000 rpm. At a 60 K increase in housing temperature, the motor consumes 88.4 A of continuous current to generate a continuous torque of 160 Nm. At a 100 K increase in winding temperature, the motor generates the constant torque of 240 Nm by consuming the continuous current of 132.6 A. Its winding resistance at 20°C is 0.08 W with the winding inductivity of 2.5 mH. The synchronous motor is equipped with 4 pole pairs owing to a net weight of 113 kg. The thermal time constant of the motor is 140 min (for natural cooling) and 60 min (for surface cooling).
The model MHD131D-024-NP2-BN is extensively used in the international market. The motor housing is protected against dust and water due to its IP65 protection standard. For high performances, the ambient temperature should be kept between 0°C to +40°C while during transportation, the temperature required for this unit is -20°C to +80°C. The motor has the insulation class of F according to DIN VDE 0530 Part 1. Wake Industrial provides its customer with damage-free delivery along with a user manual.
