Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is well-known manufacture of motion control components. The company develops cost-efficient products such as synchronous motors, main filters, frequency converters, and braking resistors.
The MHD131D-024-NP1-BN model is a synchronous motor of the MHD series, designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. The model comes with a digital servo feedback encoder for detecting the absolute position of the shaft with the accuracy of ± 0.5 angular minutes. It is also embedded with a holding brake of 100 Nm that assists in holding the servo axis at standstill during the de-energized mode. The MHD131 synchronous motor comes with a shaft with the keyways through which the output power is delivered. The motor takes a 3-phase AC input power of range between 400V to 480 V with the system frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. A B-side power connector is placed at the top of the motor. The motor comes in a standard design with surface cooling and natural cooling options. The MHD131 synchronous motor has a rated speed of 1500 rpm and a maximum speed of 3000 rpm. At a 60 K increase in housing temperature, it takes a current of 88.4 A to produce the continuous torque of 160 Nm.
The MHD131D-024-NP1-BN model is protected by IP65 which means it is protected against dust particles and low-pressure water. It has 4 pole pairs contributing to the winding inductivity of 2.5 mH and the winding resistance of 0.08 W at 20°C. For its optimal operation, the environment temperature should be held between 0°C to +40°C. The overall weight of the MHD131 motor is 113 Kg. Wake Industrial supplies this product all around the globe
