The MHD131B-024-NP0-BN is a new generation industrial motor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to provide industrial machines with the kinetic energy they require for operation. This motor contains a durable housing unit that provides protection according to the IP67 protection class, this durable housing provides the motor with enough protection, allowing it to operate in harsh industrial conditions. The housing of this motor is also covered with RAL9005  black paint, which is resistant against liquid substances such as dilute acid, dilute alkalis, lyes, and even hydraulic oil. The output shaft of this industrial motor is designed to support heavy loads; this makes the motor compatible with a wide range of industrial machines such as paper converting machines, food processing machine robotic machines, and lots more.

The MHD131B-024-NP0-BN industrial synchronous motor is a brushless motor that can undergo continuous start-stop operations with a high repeat frequency; it also features two permanent magnets, which initiate the rotational movements by generating an electromagnetic field. The characteristic speed of this industrial motor is about 2000 revolutions per minute; however, while receiving a maximum current of about 231 amperes, this industrial motor can reach a speed of about 3000 revolutions per minute.
