Product Description
Bosch is committed to delivering quality equipment. The company offers a wide range of synchronous motors, frequency converters, and brake resistors.
The MHD131B-024-NG1-LN model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth as per UL standards. The protection category of the MHD131 synchronous motor is IP65 that provided resistance against low-pressure water jets and solid dust particles. The motor housing provides resistance against weathering, chalking, and diluted acids due to its Prime black coat. The MHD motor is designed to be installed under the permissible environmental conditions of 0 to 40 degree Celsius temperature range, class-F insulation, and 1000 MSF installation altitude. To clamp the servo-axis at standstill, a clamping brake of 100 Nm is placed in this model. The connection and disconnection time of the motor is 12 and 190 microseconds. The net weight of the synchronous motor is 84 kg and the weight of the holding brake is 5.4 kg. The MHD131 synchronous motor is designed to be installed in any desired mounting position and should be stored horizontally. The allowable storage temperature for this synchronous motor is -20 to +80 degree Celsius. The 20% reduction in rated data occurs at the ambient temperature of +50 degree Celsius.
The model MHD131B-024-NG1-LN uses both natural and surface cooling options to maintain its ambient temperature. The plain shaft of the synchronous motor delivers the continuous power of 6 – 17.5 kW while consuming the nominal current of 14.4 – 41.4 A, at the operating speed of 1500 rpm. A left-side power connection is installed in this model and the rated voltage requirement of the model is 244 – 279 VAC. The motor must be mounted at a dry place. This model (MHD131B-024-NG1-LN0) is available to order at Wake Industrial.
