The MHD131B-024-NG1-BN model reflects the latest automation technology of Bosch Rexroth. The synchronous motor offers high dynamics and is extensively used in several industrial applications such as textile machines, printing machines, machine tools, and handling systems. The MHD131 synchronous motor is equipped with a 24 VDC holding brake that generates the clamping torque of 100 Nm to clamp the servo-axis at standstill during deceleration mode. A temperature monitoring sensor is also installed in the motor housing to avoid overtemperature and in case of extreme operating conditions, an axial/radial blower unit is installed to the machine for forced cooling. The MHD131 synchronous motor comes with a plain output shaft that contributes to the smooth transmission of torque.
