Product Description
Bosch provides services in manufacturing and developing energy-efficient and cost-effective equipment for various industrial domains. The company is well-esteemed about its product quality and durability.
The MHD115C-059-PP1-BA model provides high functional stability and is equipped with an electrically actuated motor holding brake that operates at the dc-link voltage of 24VDC and generates the holding torque of 70 Nm. The MHD115 synchronous motor offers continuous torque transmission through its keyed shaft and the model consumes the continuous power of 16 – 25.6 A to generate the continuous torque of 19.2 – 30.7 Nm, under ideal operating conditions. At natural cooling mode, the motor delivers the rated performance of 2.4 – 6.6 kW at the speed of 1000 rpm. The motor delivers the rated performance of 7.7 kW while operating at the speed of 2000 rpm during surface cooling. A blower unit is attached to the motor that takes electrical connection from the AC 115 – 230 V power source and uses the phenomena of forced cooling for maintaining the ambient temperature of the motor. The MHD115 synchronous motor takes 88 – 175 V of AC input power through its B-side power connector. The synchronous motor has 8 poles (4 pole pairs) and it can be mounted in IMV1, IMV3, and IMB5 mounting position, owing to its B05 flange mounting.
The model MHD115C-059-PP1-BA has a thermal time constant of 100 min (for natural cooling mode) and 45 min (for surface cooling mode). The motor should be stored and transported in horizontal positions during the surrounding temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius. Before mounting, make sure that the mounting position is dry and free from dust. A multiturn absolute encoder with integrated digital servo feedback is placed in this motor for absolute position detection. To avoid any damage, use a crane with lifting sling belts to lift the motor and a standard bearing is placed in this model to overcome the high radial load.
