The MHD115C-059-PP0-AA model is designed according to American standards and is highly recommended to be used under harsh environmental conditions. The MHD115 synchronous motor takes input power from the AC 88 – 175 V power source having 67 – 133 Hz of rated frequency. The motor is specially designed to generate the continuous torque of 19.2 – 30.7 Nm while consuming the rated current of 16 – 25.6 A. The model is manufactured to operate at natural and surface cooling modes. During ideal operating conditions, the motor used natural convection for maintaining the internal temperature of the motor whereas, during extreme loading conditions the phenomena of surface cooling is used to maintain the ambient temperature of the motor. The MHD115 synchronous motor can be stored horizontally under the ambient temperature range of -20 to +80 degree Celsius and the maximum ideal temperature range for this motor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The maximum altitude prescribed for this motor is 1000 MSL and it can be operated under the relative humidity range of 90%. The protection classification of the MHD motor is IP65 and it can be mounted in any desired mounting condition.
The model MHD115C-059-PP0-AA comes with an A-side power connector and a shaft with keyways is installed in this model for the keyed transmission of torque. For absolute position detection, the MHD motor housing is equipped with digital servo feedback with an integrated optical encoder (multiturn, absolute).
